Dave Oliver has been an Ashtanga practitioner since 1986 and an Astanga teacher since 1990. He has taught workshops on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Series in Thailand, Singapore, India,
Australia, and Mexico, as well as numerous workshops and Teacher Training programs throughout the U.S. Studying in both Mysore and throughout India, as well as with
numerous Ashtanga teachers throughout the United States has given him a wide range of knowledge and experience to share with his students.
Cheryl Hall is a dedicated student of Ashtanga yoga, Vedic chant and Sanskrit language. She is a popular teacher offering a monthly Vedic chant Sangha, as well as workshops on
the language of yoga throughout the US. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable instructor of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.

during adolescence can lead to tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Yoga helps ease the discomfort caused by "growing pains" and can help establish
healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Relieve back pain and deepen your back bends with a series of deep hip openers and asymmetrical back bends. Alicia will take us through a sequence
she learned form Matias Flurry, who studied with Tim Miller in San Diego, CA for fifteen years. The sequence is designed to strengthen the back and open
the front of the body more deeply than you may have done before! Designed for participants with some Yoga experience.
