Each class will teach skeletal alignment, key muscles used, modifications to and benefits of
the postures covered. These informative sessions are designed for you to ask questions and
learn in detail how to do these postures with maximum benefit and without injury.

(Learn the various groupings of back bends, what happens in the body during each type and
how to do them w/ increased comfort.)

Yoga Nidra means 'Yogic Sleep'. It is a state of' conscious deep sleep'. In Meditation, you
remain in the waking state of consciousness while gently focusing the mind; allowing
thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga
Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state to deep sleep, yet remain
awake.

Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. The teacher will lead you  
through many levels of mental processes to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
