NEW TEACHER: Lisa Von Koch will be teaching the second and third Sunday's of the month beginning 2/28.
Please join Lisa in 'Classic Postures with Hip Openers and Finishing Deep Stretch'! Her artistic approach to Yoga
and smooth, flowing sequences result in a balanced and well paced class.

10:00-11:15: Classic Postures w/ a focus on hip openers and strengtheners, Deep Stretching to Finish. All Levels
11:15-11:45: Stress Relieving Restorative Postures, Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) and  Meditation. *FIRST AND THIRD SUNDAY
OF THE MONTH ONLY!   
The restorative portion of the class is optional.  Students may attend just the 10:00-11:15 Asana (Posture) class
if desired.
